When is CPCS open? 
The reception office is open Tuesday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The phone is 337-2519. Appointments can be scheduled to meet with a counselor.

What are typical hours for counseling sessions? 
Bruce Williams usually sees clients on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons and evenings. Bruce Williams usually sees clients on Friday mornings and afternoons. The counselor has some flexibility to see clients on days and times other than indicated. You may speak to the CPCS receptionist about such flexibility.

30 North Clinton Street is a church? Is this the right building?
 Yes, CPCS meets here. The Congregational United Church of Christ is the place, with the entry (Chapel) door off of the Jefferson Street side of the building.

Where do I park?
The church offers limited parking on the north side of the building. Otherwise clients are asked to use street parking or nearby ramps.

Do I need to be religious to use CPCS services?
No, one need not be a person of faith to utilize CPCS services, though the counselor is an ordained minister and is open to dealing with spiritual issues.

What are the costs?
CPCS has an intake fee of $40 and then a sliding fee scale based on income. Insurance coverage may be possible depending on carrier, policy, and diagnosis.

What if an emergency arises? 
 If immediate medical care is needed, one should go to the nearest emergency room. Otherwise, the CPCS Administrative Assistant can relay a message to the respective counselor.
